  Hubby surprised me with the Longchamp Le Pliage Original L Tote bag. Salute to the staff because they were very accommodating and it is clear that they take great pride in their work. I live in NY but this is my 1st Longchamp bag, expect that I will be coming often to the store

  I won’t even get into the details, but I would strongly advise against getting your bag foil-embossed here. Additionally, it would benefit the brand if corporate invested more in training sales associates and management to deliver a higher standard of customer experience.

  Had the best shopping experience with Aaron yesterday as I was visiting from Baltimore. He helped me figure out what color bag to get while engaging in Conversation. Definitely will be back when I visit nyc again

  I went there this morning to learn more about the visual merchandising of the store as well as shop around, and I cannot emphasize enough how lovely Georgia Karbelnikoff was. Not only did she provide thorough explanations to my questions, but she provided such kind customer service. Georgia even helped color match me to the perfect tote bag. Everyone at this Long Champ store was super welcoming in general, I would definitely recommend visiting!

  Georgia Karbelnikoff was our sales associate and my goodness did she rock. I went with a friend and she walked us through the whole store, answering our questions, explaining different products, and patiently doing a color analysis as we looked through bags. She helped my friend get a product that actually suited her needs, tastes, and look, helping facilitate the purchase in the most efficient manner. She is beyond skilled at her job and shows genuine passion for the store! Thank you, Georgia! One of the other associates (whose name I did not catch) also patiently walked me through the store and explained details that he knew would interest me based on my questions... the team there was stellar today!
