  Went with my mom to this YSL boutique and we weren't really greeted the way others described in their reviews. Just strange stares. Iol I didn’t notice until my mom pointed it out. I'm not sure if the associates thought I couldn't afford any of the merchandise, which I am easily capable of, but thankfully RJ made up for everyone else's reluctance toward us. RJ approached my mother and I and was extremely friendly and helpful and allowed us to try out different variations of my item of interest. I knew what I wanted, but I decided to get a larger version of the purse I originally planned on getting since I was able to see them in-person. I'm so happy with my purchase and the purse complimented my outfit for a girls trip I had this past weekend. Thanks for the great service, RJ! The unboxing experience was also top tier. I do plan to come again in the coming weeks and will hopefully add another star to my review.

  Terrible quality. I bought this purse to use as a stylish laptop bag for my office job. Needless to say, I didn’t use this new YSL often since I work remote and rarely go into the office. However, after only 5 uses since the end of January, this $3K purse BROKE while traveling for business and looked like a knock off you would buy at a street vendor. The magnetic buckle just completely came off the purse after I went to retrieve to my laptop while sitting at my desk. Something this expensive should not break this easily after hardly any use. I only had a small laptop in the purse, but, apparently, it couldn’t even handle that. Humiliating. The repair is covered under warranty, but is a huge hassle as I had it drive back to Oakbrook from the city. I will also have to retrieve it after an 8-10 week repair period. The store associates were unapologetic and didn’t seem to believe that I only used the tote a few times since I bought it. The associate who accepted my return made it seem like I was lucky to qualify for a warranty repair. Unbelievable. Never again.

  I was so excited when I heard it opened! I came in looking for a new bag that I could carry a lot in, sales person was super polite and attentive. He was super patient with me and I ended up purchasing a beautiful bag! Thank you, definitely will be back soon.
