  I was very disappointed with the manager of this branch. His rude attitude and unprofessional behavior are completely inconsistent with the image and values of a prestigious luxury brand like Dolce & Gabbana. Customers deserve to be treated with respect, and unfortunately, that was not my experience.

  Bought pair of sun glasses that were not perfect returned 19th July promised refund as it comes from Italy in 2 to 3 days did nt give me any paperwork the staff were rude took photos of receipts Have called 3 times to day they put the phone down and 6 times last week how do I contact them I have no email address this is not a customer friendly company

  Emma!! Thank you for going above and beyond in helping me. You made my experience shopping at D&G so so special and fun!! I am grateful for your exceptional service but kindess as well genuine excitement to get me what I wanted. A special shout out to Marco, who knew the drill and went ahead and tried to find me items that were pink and over the top!! He was patient and always willing to lend a helping hand to us. My trip to Dolce and Gabbana at Bicester was special and I loved every moment of it!
