  Didn’t have the most pleasant experience with the sales assistant Elvira. She was quite unprofessional putting my shopping on another persons account. After I asked her to change it for my account under my name (since I have a great shopping history at YSL) her response was: “Maybe next time we’ll put it on your account”. Quite disappointed.

  Very disappointing experience. I visited the YSL Green Park boutique after my online order arrived without the gift packaging. Instead of helping, I was sent to the YSL counter in Selfridges, only to be told they couldn't help either. Why send a customer somewhere without knowing whether they can actually resolve the issue? It wasted my time and was not the level of service I expected from a luxury brand

  One of the worst services that I have experienced. Jana was our sales advisor and it was just incredibly awkward?? No hello no smiles just awkward looks. 20 min wait time since i asked what I want to buy, no coffee or water offered at all or not even a “would you like to pay by card?”. Just gave me the pos machine without any words 😂 considered not buying here for the reason but decided to buy as I was in a rush. Laughable service
