Visited the YSL Beauty counter today at Harrods, ready to purchase products. After checking for a product that was not in stock, I asked if I could order it and I was completely ignored. I was left talking to the air. While the staff member stood directly in front of me writing on a piece of paper as if I did not exist. Ended up walking away, very disappointing service and not what you expect from a luxury brand.

Mimi is a wonderful representative and treated me as a very well client. I will be coming back here for my London visits! Thank you.

Whenever I'm in London, Harrods is a must stop place. I loved my experience at their Saint Laurent shop and Vytaute was the one who helped me nab a top I wanted. I bought immediately, we had pleasant conversations (regarding fashion and other things) while I was rung up and I will be back next time when I'm in the UK again. I don't even shop at YSL in my own city and I feel the service at this location was so wonderful.
