  Very frustrating experience and unprofessionalism from this store and its brand. An understandable human error (forgot to pack one item) turned into an painful journey of me trying to get it back via the customer service and was only resolvable because a relative who lives here could swing by and force them to review the CCTV footage which proved us right. A manager decided to call me after without first analyzing the situation, tried to defend their situation and finally when she understood offered no compensation for the troubles and hung up.

  We shopped in the children’s and home departments at Ralph Lauren today, and the service was absolutely appalling. The staff were extremely rude, ignored our questions and repeatedly rolled their eyes at us. Their attitude made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable throughout our visit. For a brand like Ralph Lauren, where customers naturally expect a high standard of service, this behaviour was completely unacceptable. We spent money in the store, yet were treated as though we were an inconvenience. This experience was incredibly disappointing and upsetting, and the staff’s conduct seriously needs to be addressed.

  Order 4 items online as presents before flying to meeting my in-laws for first time. 2 items arrived on time. One redirected to a drop off across the other end of city without any attempt of delivery (never actually managed to pick it up). The fourth piece simply never arrived. Was informed only a partial delivery of what I ordered would arrive and did not hear anything else. Contacted customer service, provided confirmation numbers. Was informed they were having system difficulties and couldn’t assess my order and to try again tomorrow. Genuinely felt like I ordered off a scam website but the service did confirm it was legit Ralph. I expect more from a once renowned global brand.

  During our visit to London in July, I visited this Ralph Lauren store and was absolutely delighted. It is one of the most beautiful stores I have ever visited. The elegant interior, with its great attention to detail, creates a wonderful atmosphere and invites you to browse and shop at your leisure. I found and purchased a beautiful shirt, and I would like to take this opportunity to thank Emmanuel for his outstanding service. He was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and courteous, and he treated me with genuine care and respect throughout my visit. He made me feel truly valued as a customer, and I couldn’t have asked for a better shopping experience. I’m already looking forward to my next visit. Greetings from Germany!

  Great Store, however, God help you if you have a problem. I wish I'd checked out Trust Pilot first. We had an issue with the Wimbledon pop up store now closed and are owed a rebate. Trusting Regent Street, I made contact with Regent Street straight away (as the UK flagship store) and was put through to Customer service, in South Africa, this has gone backwards and forwards, my family would not buy again from Ralph Lauren. Products are nice but customer service is worse than dreadful, Ralph Lauren need to sort this or damage there brand reputation. My issue is still ongoing and we will shortly have to issue a small claim. This is brand that we've loved and spent £££ over the years. Very disappointing.
