  Visited the store last Sunday and Zejnepe was extremely helpful! She got me choices of what I mostly preferred and got me with a dust bag replaced for my online purchase of the pink leather Le Pliage! Very friendly and knowledgeable and was such a lovely visit! Will certainly come again!

  Visited on a quiet rainy weekday. Staff at the door welcome you in warmly, and the ground floor setup is beautiful, not too busy, though the attendants are ready to help regardless. I wanted the Le Pliage bag, which is on the first floor, and since it's such a famous bag, expect a busy counter. The attendants always seem to be serving someone, so you can take a look around while things clear out a bit. When they do get a chance, they're patient and helpful. There's also a top floor if you want to check out other lines and merchandise. I got my purse and left happy.

  The worst experience I’ve had at Longchamp. As a loyal customer who has purchased several Longchamp bags, I was very disappointed by the disorganised and unfriendly service here. I wanted to buy a Le Pliage pouch on the second floor, but there were very few staff and no one explained what customers were supposed to do. Initially, there was no requirement or instruction to queue at all, and the whole area was very chaotic. Despite this, I still joined the line behind other customers, waited my turn, tried a few bags and quickly decided what I wanted. Just as I was ready to pay, a staff member suddenly told me that I had to join a new queue and wait all over again. I explained that I was ready to purchase, but she simply insisted very impatiently, without acknowledging the confusing system or offering any help. I left without buying anything and in a very bad mood. Extremely disorganised service and not the standard I expected from Longchamp.
