  Called to this store to purchase a Le Pliage medium bag. The customer service was nonexistent I had a rough idea of what I wanted but was offered no help at all. I found the sales assistant surly and boarding on rude. Not what i would have expected as I had purchased a Le Pliage bag in Westfield Shepherds Bush store on Monday and the customer service was excellent. When I decided to go ahead with my purchase, the sales assistant curtly asked if he would get me to make an account with Longchamp, however he did not explain that this was to register a warranty on the bag, and as such I did not make an account when otherwise I would have. Extremely disappointed with my experience.

  0/10 for service. Bought the Longchamp Le Pliage Tote in Paper (beige colour) and found stains when I got home. Went back the same day to exchange and the sales assistant was extremely rude and sassy that I brought it back for the exchange. Please make sure that you check for stains and quality properly as they didn’t seem friendly or keen to help. Another lady complained about the same issue here but they didn’t let her exchange the bag as she had come back a week later. That is poor service on their behalf for not exchanging a faulty product.

  We had the best experience ever ! Nicholas the store manager was exceptional and we will definitely come back to the Regent Road Longchamp when visiting London! My daughter is delighted with her new bag ! Thanks ! Best customer care I’ve had in a long time !!!!

  Visited this store on Saturday to ask about getting a zip refitted in my bag that i have as the zip was not working properly. The sales assistant was very not welcoming felt as though i shouldn’t be in the store . speaking to the staff member about my bag he look at it in such disgust and kept going on about the price to fix the bag like it was a big deal to request within the conversation i had to let him know that money is not the problem just want to know if it can be fixed as i really loved the bag and did not want to get rid of it. Overall experience i would say very unpleasant, decided to not get my bag fixed there in the end and went to another store.
