  Purchased a bag from here today- luckily I knew what I wanted so didn’t require much assistance. I wasn’t greeted by any of the staff members and had to approach them and ask for help, very unfriendly and seemed like they didn’t want to help or be there. I would purchase from a different location in future.

  I gave them 2 starts just because store is so nice, but service is terrible and unacceptable for the brand like Longchamp is. Better service you can find in outlets and low-budget stores. Experience sellers are fine, but they have some interns or something like that and they are terrible. It’s fine to have someone new but then don’t leave them alone to serve customers

  I visited the regent street store this week with my mom, I was pleasantly surprised with the customer service and how welcoming everyone was. It was refreshing to walk into such great atmosphere. We were served by Paulina who was extremely accommodating to my mom and her needs. She was unsure between two colours of the Pliage bags. She was very patient and kind. There were many employees who were also nice. I would highly recommend visiting this longchamp store if ever in London! Great service.

  Jenny was great as a person and a sales assistant. We took our time trying the different colours we were interested in and she was happy to show us everything we liked so we can get to try it and compare them. She didn't rush us at all, she brought us water and we were very comfortable browsing around the store whenever we saw something we liked. Jenny was very refreshing to deal with and we were very happy with our purchases :-)
