  I had an exceptional experience at this Longchamp store (Brent Cross) thanks to one of the sales assistants. She was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable, taking the time to explain everything clearly, show me different options, and answer every question I had with genuine politeness and professionalism. Longchamp should truly value employees like her—they’re incredibly rare and make all the difference to the customer experience. Because of the outstanding service I received, I’ll be bringing my daughter back next weekend to purchase another bag. Thank you for such wonderful customer service!
