  Incredibly rude staff. Won't even look in the back for stock. Won't even walk up and introduce themselves after you have been sitting and waiting for 30 minutes. Asked to look at 1 bag and completely glared and started making faces. Not a single person in the store was helpful. Avoid this location and just go to Bond street and any other Chanel store.

  Incredibly rude staff!! One of the employees laughed at my face when I said I was selling the bag I got gifted because I didn’t have the receipt. Very unprofessional!! Maybe she should take some English lessons as well.

  It has been a childhood dream of mine to own a Chanel piece. To me the experience of purchasing my piece is just as important as the piece itself. It’s a milestone I want to remember for the rest of my life so it’s important to me that I have a memorable experience. I was nervous after reading all the previous reviews on here, but I’m very pleased to say that my experience exceeded all my expectations. I want to say a huge thank you to Serena at the Chanel Selfridges store(ground floor) for being one of the kindest humans I’ve ever met in my life! She was so sweet, so patient, so understanding, and very attentive! She answered all my questions, and I felt that she was happy for me the entire time. She even asked me questions which made me feel like she cared about me as a customer. She also messaged me before my appointment to prepare for it which I just loved! I felt safe and confident in my entire experience. I even went a few days earlier than my actual appointment and she was still able to assist me with a 5 star service. Unfortunately, the thread on my piece starting coming out after about 2 days. I messaged Serena, and she was sincerely apologetic, and asked me to come in so she could assist me. I couldn’t make the availability she had given me, but her colleague was able to assist me (wish I had gotten her name!), and she was also very lovely and apologetic, and they replaced my piece without hesitation. It was a smooth and seamless process! They even re-wrapped and packaged it in a Chanel gift bag. Serena then messaged me later to check that all was in order with me, and I was just so grateful! I love my purchase! It’s beautiful, in pristine and immaculate condition, and it smells incredible😍. I enjoy using it! Thank you so much to both you Serena and your colleague! Thank you Chanel Selfridges! Great experience!
