  Arzu was so kind (in the makeup hall) and showed me some amazing products. She knew a lot about my skin type (sensitive and combination). Sadly the foundation was out of stock but was going to buy this here.

  The best Chanel shopping experience I have ever had.100% better than Sloane & Bond Streets.Incredible service in both bag and shoe departments, nothing was too much trouble.They even looked after my mother and treated her like a Queen.Will never use the other stores again.
