  The best Chanel shopping experience I have ever had.100% better than Sloane & Bond Streets.Incredible service in both bag and shoe departments, nothing was too much trouble.They even looked after my mother and treated her like a Queen.Will never use the other stores again.

  The lady in the shoes section (2d floor) is exhibiting unprofessional behavior. She seems to be unwilling to assist customers with their purchases, which is unacceptable. The employee is an old, tall, skinny, blond woman who may be a manager or supervisor. Unfortunately, I witnessed the employee exhibiting unprofessional behavior. When I asked her about a particular pair of shoes, she was very rude and kept talking about me behind my back with other guy employee. This is unacceptable behavior and should not be tolerated.she also was very rude and racist.
