Very bad service at Chanel makeup, the worker rejected to give me one time using sponge to try the product which is creamy one and told me use your finger instead 😒😒 on which era are we living to try make up by fingers and then she put me the make up which is dark brown creamy bronze on my hands in a stupid way and my beige clothes fully got long brown line from the bronze which made like shit smashed to the clothes and made me so mad, then she was afraid that i touch the make up remover to remove the mess she made, she was so mean - as the Chanel shop is hers and will lose the products- she was so protective to touch anything !!! Then she told me go and wash it by water ( seriously????) I don’t recommend buying from them.

What a shame! Such a large reputable location , but check in guy had a total attitude to even get you a sales person to help you!
He had an attitude as no as he hates his job snd just doing you a favor to get you thought whole process.
Therr is was no one sales person on the floor.
Customers just going through and security just judging you as you planing to steal something.
Very unpleasant experience!
We were buying some accessories and were looking for purses. Abs zero customer service, even though store had tons of items to sell.
Do everyone the favor abd dismissal the check in guy , who is non sense to this reputable location!
The Chineese guy who were helping first also had a. Attired, but than when were were buying things, started to change his attitude.
Looks like most sales people in Chanel stores are miserable .

Absolutely disgusting experience at Chanel Harrods at 6.55-7pm today. The problem with these kinds of brands is that they fail to employee people who represent it well. Classiness isn’t synonymous with being a complete jerk to others just because you work behind a counter at Chanel. Unfortunately these big name brands seem to love employing individuals with an overinflated ego and massive superiority complex. I simply asked the prices of 2 specific bags - I didn’t ask for details, I didn’t want an elaboration. I knew what bags I was looking for and I simply wanted a 5 second response for the price of these 2 bags in which I was interested. The Asian sales lady was so rude and snobbish just for asking this - it was as if I had just asked her to wade through a sewer. Seriously unpleasant experience. Harrods should really look at their employees customer service provision because this lady is doing a horrible job of representing not only them but the house of Chanel.
