  Extremely rude security guard and extremely patient sales assistant. Your customers aren't going to wait outside to have their purchases packed. If you expect customers to disappear on the hour, you'd better find a new job.

  Beware: In-store purchases are denied cash/card refunds. Buy online instead. I am writing this to warn future customers about Armani's misleading and rigid in-store return policy. If you buy items online from Armani, their corporate policy allows you to return them for a full refund back to your original payment method. However, if you buy from this physical store, they will absolutely refuse to give you your money back—even if you return the items just days later, completely unused, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging. Instead, they force you into taking an in-store credit. This policy completely traps your money with the brand, giving you zero flexibility if your personal circumstances change and you can no longer wear or use the items. When I tried to return my items due to personal reasons that prevent me from buying clothes for the foreseeable future, the store assistants and corporate customer service showed zero empathy,hid behind fine print, and refused to offer any flexibility. Do not risk your money buying inside this store. If you want to try something on, do it here, but buy it online so you retain your legal right to a proper refund if you need to return it. I will not be shopping with this brand again.

  I bought a sports bra for 50 pounds, unfortunately it was too small. Two days later I went to exchange it, unfortunately there is no such option, it turns out that you can't try it on in the shop either, so you buy something that is not cheap and there is no option to try it on. Why doesn't the seller talk about it, he only talks about many unimportant things just to sell as much as possible and little information about very important things such as exchange or return. And 50 pounds wasted. This was my last visit to this shop, that I know for sure.
