  Horrendous experience. I was trying on some rings and the staff member insisted on me trying a ring that wasn't even my size. She never even bothered to check the sizes, and the ring got stuck on my finger. This could have turned into a catastrophic moment, as my finger was starting to swell and went red within seconds, leaving me a wound that prevented me from wearing my engagement ring and wedding band. We also left a request to be contacted about a chain, but we never heard back again from anyone. Extremely disappointed, I'm glad that it's not our main source of jewellery.

  The shop attendant was so rude. Went in and tried on an engagement ring, said that it didn’t feel very comfortable on and wanted to try some others on. The attendant said that my hands were webbed (they definitely are not!!) so none will fit well. Clearly could not be bothered to serve me. Would not recommend.
