  Didn't know the shop existed, always go to the one at York Designer Outlet. Found the store while walking through the County Arcade and popped in. Great service from Huw Evans, who was a great ambassador for the company. Bought an amazing looking, comfy jumper to add to my Polo collection. Will definitely visit again.

  I recently bought one of the teddy jumpers from the Leeds store. I asked if they accepted blue light card and was told no. When I got home and looked on the Ralph Lauren website they accept blue light discount. The person that served me also told me that the jumper could go in the washing machine. Thankfully I checked the washing instructions to find that the jumper couldn't go in the washing machine and that it was dry clean or hand wash only! I returned the jumper to the Edinburgh store where the customer service was brilliant. I would say probably the best customer service I've had. Straight away I was given blue light discount and they couldn't why the Leeds store wouldn't. Next time I shop at Ralph Lauren I'll go to Edinburgh and give Leeds a wide berth.

  I had a very good experience at the store. Very polite staff and a good range of clothes. As for Mr. Richard Hutinson leaving a bad review. It seems he leaves a bad review for every store he's visited...
