  When I stepped inside this empty and quiet store, the atmosphere was awful. The members of staff stood there looking down on customers thinking they are better than everybody else. Not one member of staff approached me to see if I needed help. The condescending attitude from the staff despite earning minimum wage was shocking. I ended up going next-door to Tommy Hilfiger and spent £650 because there customer service was brilliant and they were extremely helpful. I would definitely not step in this Ralph Lauren store again. I would advise customers to avoid at all cost.

  I would like to take a moment to recognise the excellent service I received from Genie. From the moment I arrived,Genie was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and made the entire experience feel easy and stress-free. Their product knowledge, patience, and attention to detail really stood out. They offered thoughtful recommendations without being pushy and ensured I felt confident in my choices. What impressed me most was how much they went above and beyond — they truly made my life easier and turned a simple shopping trip into a very positive experience.
