  BALENCIAGA in Miami’s Design District is a must‑stop luxury boutique with a bold two‑story flagship full of edgy ready‑to‑wear, bags, shoes and accessories 👟👜. The raw‑architecture showroom is striking and Instagram‑worthy 📸, and service can be surprisingly attentive — but steep prices and mixed staff experiences mean it’s exciting, not perfect 💸✨. Great spot for designer drops & fashion vibes! 🤩

  The most unprofessional employees. I walked in with my girlfriends, we were looking at the glasses as a sales associate approached us to tell us they charge a try on fee for the glasses. We thought that was strange. As we said, we will not be trying on any glasses then if that’s the case, he proceeded to say well it’s too late now both of you have already picked up a pair of glasses off the case I will be charged a fee. I said that is the craziest thing I ever heard and I am not paying a try on fee. He sat there and argued with us saying he will file a police report if we don’t each pay a try on fee. After 2 minutes of arguing with us he started laughing . For a high end store this is so embarrassing. Teach your employees how to act and treat customers with respect .

  Balenciaga needs no review, but what deserves reviews are the guys that work at the design district Miami store. From the door man to the manager they are all great people. Pierre and Maria need a special thanks. They always go beyond to make you feel special. And if there is a product or size that you cant find, just come here. They will get it for you
