I have never experienced such blatant unprofessionalism at Piaget, Graff, Chopard, or Tiffany. The widespread online backlash about the staff is 100% accurate.
The staff here are "available" yet actively refuse to provide service, showing a total disregard for the most basic standards of luxury. Van Cleef is currently riding on its name while failing its clientele at every level of support. If you want to be treated like a valued client rather than an inconvenience, take your business to any other maison on the block. A total disappointment.

We arrived at the store 20 minutes prior to its scheduled closing time. However, the staff at the entrance declined to assist us in viewing a particular piece, despite the fact that several colleagues were available to do so.
