During payment, no one explained anything, but after the transaction they suddenly said we ‘shouldn’t have selected dollars.’ If that matters, why not inform the customer before payment instead of afterwards? The whole interaction felt unprofessional and unfriendly. We also spent quite a while in the store and weren’t even offered basic hospitality like water. Definitely not the level of customer service expected from a luxury brand like Longchamp.”

Die Mitarbeiterinnen waren sehr freundlich und haben mir bei der Auswahl von Farbe und Grosse der Tasche kompetent und geduldig geholfen. Die Beratung war professionell, herzlich und überhaupt nicht aufdringlich. Ich habe mich im Geschäft sehr wohl gefühlt und komme gerne wieder. Vielen Dank für den tollen Service!
