  Just bought a Rolex watch and I can’t say enough good things about Ms Tang at Zurich Airport. From the start she was super patient and never rushed me. Walked me through the whole lineup, explained the details, and gave honest recommendations on which dial face actually suits my style and wrist size best. You could tell she really knows the Rolex line inside out. The highlight was how she took care of my wife while I was shopping. She made sure she was comfortable the entire time, got her a seat and water, and even gave her a history of the watch’s heritage while we waited. She ended up enjoying it as much as I did – that’s exceptional service. I left with the perfect watch and a way better appreciation for it. Ms Tang made this purchase unforgettable.

  Am 30. April 26 haben wir einen kurzen Zwischenstopp in der Rolex Boutique am Flughafen gemacht. Wir wurden vom Senior Client Advisor, Herrn Fation Bajrami, sehr herzlich empfangen. Er war äusserst gastfreundlich, professionell und hat unser Anliegen sofort geklärt. Dank seiner ausführlichen Erklärung der neuen Modelle waren wir derart begeistert, dass wir uns bereits auf einen zukünftigen Kauf freuen. Als langjährige Kunden von Maison hat die Rolex Boutique am Flughafen unsere Erwartungen und Wünsche stets erfüllt.   We stopped by to take a look at watches as we wanted to buy two Rolex as anniversary presents. Unfortunately the shop assistant didn’t act professionally and didn’t even show us any watch and treated us rudely. Definitely better to go to another shop!
