Besonders beeindruckt hat mich, wie engagiert sie war und wie sehr sie sich in die Perspektive des Kunden hineinversetzt hat.   店員很好，有展示錶，不過可惜勞力士熱門的錶款要預定，不是來了就可以買，有錢也是要排的。旅客想帶熱門錶款回去，就不用考慮了

  Visited the store earlier today on my last day in Switzerland. As soon as I walked in, Laura welcomed me with warm hospitality. While the models I tried out were already allocated, Laura showed me a collection of freshly stock certified pre-owned watches, but unfortunately none of them piqued my interest. Although I left the store without taking home any watches, the exceptional service and attentive care provided by Laura exceeded usual Rolex dealership experience. I highly recommend anyone looking to get a timepiece making this place their first stop in Zermatt.

  We visited Bucherer in Zermatt while on our honeymoon, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. Hanny took great care of us — warm, attentive, and genuinely excited to help us celebrate the occasion. She made the whole visit feel personal, and it's a memory we won't forget. Highly recommend asking for Hanny if you're visiting this boutique — wonderful service all around.
