  Our tour ended at Lucerne, I had been looking for a ladies’ Rolex watch so I visited the Bucherer store in Lucerne, i was met with surprisingly poor customer service. The saleslady never greeted the customers when they entered. When some customers asked about watch in the display she told them it was “not for sale.” And didn’t even asked what the customers were looking to buy. When I approached her and asked if they have any ladies’ Rolex and she just shook her head with a sour expression and offered no further help or explanation. For a high-end brand like Bucherer/Rolex, this level of customer service is very disappointing.

  "I cannot say enough good things about Veljko Jovanovic and the team at Bucherer !I was visiting Switzerland on a family vacation with my wife and kids, and I decided to walk in on a whim to see if I could find the Rolex. Back home in the US, finding a Rolex is virtually impossible without playing games and spending years on a waitlist. ​Veljko was absolutely phenomenal. He treated our family of four with incredible hospitality and, to my shock, was able to secure the dream configuration for me right out of the case at retail price. He was highly professional, unpretentious, and walked me step-by-step through the Swiss VAT refund process to make our airport departure out of Zurich completely seamless. ​Getting this beautiful watch was already amazing, but Veljko’s world-class service made it the absolute highlight of our Swiss vacation. If you are ever in Lucerne, do yourself a favor and ask for Veljko—he is a true professional!"

  I had an incredible experience with Erika Fenner. She was very competent and very nice. She knows her stuff very well and she made me feel welcome there. If you‘re on the 3rd floor, definitely ask for Erika Fenner.

  What an incredible experience! Cyrill was attentive, knowledgeable, and professional. The larger Bucherer store is a beautiful spectacle, and gives you a taste of the incredibly diverse watch selection. If the larger store does not have quite what you want, they will direct you to their boutique specialty locations.

  Wir waren gestern 19.9.26 ab 14:00Uhr bei Frau F.Egli. Sie hat uns sehr Professionell und Freundlich bedient, so das wir 2 Uhren gekauft haben. Wir kommen extra von Zürich, für solch einen wunderbaren Service. Ich hoffe Frau F.Egli ihren Professionalität wird gebührend geschätzt und belohnt bei Bucherer, weil wegen solch guten Mitarbeiter/innen kommen wir immer wieder gern zum Bucherer Luzern einkaufen.
