  An absolute dream of a boutique in Geneva! The two-story layout is stunningly designed, spacious, and carries that classic, elegant atmosphere you expect from the house of Chanel. The customer service was welcoming and highly attentive. I visited specifically to check out the winter footwear selection. While the overall shoe collection was on the smaller side, it was beautifully curated with high-quality statement pieces. I ended up spotting a gorgeous pair of high boots that immediately caught my eye and went straight onto my mood board. A beautiful shopping experience in the heart of the city—highly recommend stopping by!

  It took them ages to understand that I wan to get rid of my old surname which was an addition to my maiden surname and tax free process took so long. Although I warned at the beginning that my name needs to updates together with with my country of residance, my words were not taken in to attention.

  Un grand merci à Irina qui s’occupe toujours de moi avec beaucoup d’attention et de gentillesse. C’est un véritable plaisir de la retrouver à chacune de mes visites. Toujours souriante, disponible et d’un grand professionnalisme, elle sait parfaitement comprendre mes envies et répondre à mes attentes.   To Chanel Staff: You are another level of Humans. Shame on you. To the Chanel staff at the Door on the 25 of Sept: May you be treated the same way you treat people. To non-white clients: Avoid this store as they only accommodate certain type of people.
