  Déjà plus de 6 ans sur liste d'attente (depuis janvier 2020) et toujours rien, pendant ce temps d'autres (Renato?) viennent régulièrement récupérer les produits fraichement sortis des usines de Hans Wilsdorf...🫣

  Anil and I wanted to share our experience in dealing with Ms. Xinmei Lussi at Bucherer recently. We were looking for a watch for our son and had requested the store in Lucerne to hold one at Bern (our next stop in our travels)since they had it in stock. Ms. Lussi was very knowledgeable, patient, friendly and answered all our questions. We could not make a decision that day but Xinmei was understanding and gave her contact info for any further questions. We appreciated her honesty and warmth with which she treated us. We went back the next day and purchased a JAL watch which our son had liked. We would highly recommend dealing with Ms. Xinmei Lussi at the Bucherer store to anyone who is in Bern to purchase a watch.
