  Extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. I have never been treated this disrespectfully by a genral manager like ( MANDY) . The comments and behavior I experienced came across as openly RACSIT and discriminatory, and I was made to feel completely unwelcome. Even discussing with her staff we came across that she is treating her staff as well with fully racist comments . I won’t reveal their name obviously!! A manager should know how to treat customers with basic dignity and respect, regardless of their race or background. Instead, I left feeling humiliated, angry, and deeply disappointed. Even her inappropriate actions are disappointing as well z This kind of behavior is unacceptable. I strongly hope the company takes complaints like this seriously and holds its management accountable. Customers deserve to be treated with respect—not judged or treated differently because of who they are. I tried to go to corporate as I have seen various reviews of this genral manager and this should be taken very verryy veryy seriously. Can’t imagine why she is there at this position.

  Was greeted at the door by Mandy. Great sales lady. She knew all the features about the Oakley sunglasses I was interested in. I left with 2 pairs and the protection plan.
