  I could not be happier with my experience shopping at this location. Store is so organized and tidy which makes it so easy to find what you are looking for. All of the staff is incredibly kind and helpful. The store manager (Dana) in particular was fantastic. Some of the best customer service I have ever had :)

  I went to the store to buy men’s hoodies. Near the counter, I only saw two colors, and I liked one of them. Before going to the store, I had already checked online and saw there were more colors available in my size at this location. I asked a sales rep about the other colors and even showed him the stock availability on my phone. He still told me they only had two colors in men’s hoodies. Since I also wanted to buy a cap, I picked one up and thought maybe I should just place the hoodie order online instead. But when I went back to return the cap to the shelf, I found all the hoodie colors sitting there in another section. I literally came to the store just for hoodies. The sales rep could not even put in the minimum effort to actually check before giving wrong information. Very disappointing customer service.

  I asked a male staff member (Mid Town Mall, Saskatoon) about the availability of a perfume. He seemed to be in a rush and asked me to wait. I waited for about 15 minutes, but then I noticed he was doing nothing in the fitting room and never came back to assist me. When I went back to him and asked why he did not come back, I explained that my time is valuable. He rudely replied that they were short-staffed. I told him that this should not be used as an excuse for poor customer service. He apologized, but it was very rude and insincere. I will never come back to this shop. They clearly do not know how to treat customers properly.

  I needed to find a belt for someone else in a hurry and the staff was very helpful and quick. Great clothes too!
