  J’ai acheté des lunettes Moncler il y a deux mois et elles ne venaient pas avec la petite serviette pour les nettoyer. Vanshika m’avait dit que la plupart des modèles étaient vendus sans cette serviette. Personne est allé vérifier.

  I had an amazing experience buying sunglasses here! Vanshika was extremely kind, patient, and professional. She helped me choose the perfect sunglasses that really suit my face and style. Her suggestions were spot on, and she made the whole process easy and enjoyable. Honestly, this was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had. If you visit, definitely ask for Vanshika — she is the best! Highly recommended.

  Walked in at 6:47 pm (they close at 7) on Monday, May 18th. I saw a pair of miu miu sunglasses in the window display and really liked them. I walked around for barely 30 seconds when the sales woman called out from across the boutique “WE’RE CLOSED” I looked around at the multiple other clients shopping and she proceeds to say “they’re our last clients, we can’t serve you, we are closed” Mind you, 13 minutes left. I am a retail manager and would have issued a written warning to my staff for this. Absolutely unacceptable. I’ll find those glasses elsewhere, thank you for letting me spend my money here.
