  I visited the Sunglass Hut at Royalmount on Saturday, August 1, with my girlfriend, and the service was unbelievably poor. There were four employees present, yet not a single one greeted us or offered to help. Instead, they spent the entire time talking amongst themselves. We actually visited the store twice that same day as we were ready to buy 2 pairs of sunglasses, and it was exactly the same experience both times, no service. I honestly don’t understand the point of having four employees on the floor if they’re just standing around chatting instead of assisting customers. If people are only there to collect a paycheck, it’s a complete waste of payroll. What makes this even more disappointing is that I noticed previous reviews mentioning the exact same issue. The fact that nothing seems to have changed tells me management is not taking these complaints seriously. This is not the level of customer service I would expect from Sunglass Hut. Two customers lost and we will never return.

  J’ai acheté des lunettes Moncler il y a deux mois et elles ne venaient pas avec la petite serviette pour les nettoyer. Vanshika m’avait dit que la plupart des modèles étaient vendus sans cette serviette. Personne est allé vérifier.

  I had an amazing experience buying sunglasses here! Vanshika was extremely kind, patient, and professional. She helped me choose the perfect sunglasses that really suit my face and style. Her suggestions were spot on, and she made the whole process easy and enjoyable. Honestly, this was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had. If you visit, definitely ask for Vanshika — she is the best! Highly recommended.
