  I had such a great experience at American Eagle Outfitters thanks to one of the employees who helped me. They were incredibly friendly, patient, and really took the time to help me find exactly what I was looking for. Customer service like that makes such a difference and makes my shopping experience really enjoyable. Thank you for going above and beyond — I’ll definitely be coming back! (I wish I had gotten her name-I get social anxiety. She helped me feel comfortable)

  The manager, Crystal, is consistently disrespectful and extremely rude. She treats customers in an unacceptable manner, and when you raise a legitimate concern, she immediately accuses you of shouting and even threatens to call security. Her behavior is unprofessional and completely inappropriate for someone in a managerial position.

  The manager was super rude. I arrived to return a item and automatically she gave me a rude look. She refused the return and assumed that the item was used. I just tried at home once. I will never go back to that store again.
