  I had such a great experience at American Eagle thanks to Alexia! Finding a pair of jeans that actually fits me well is honestly really difficult, but she was incredibly patient and took the time to help me try different styles until we found the perfect one. We ended up chatting the whole time and it felt like shopping with a friend rather than just getting help from an associate. She’s such a kind, genuine person, and her customer service truly stood out. I really appreciate her help and the effort she put in. Thank you, Alexia, for making what’s usually a frustrating experience so enjoyable!

  I had a wonderful experience at AE today! It's been a while since I've been in American Eagle but they have some nice deals and new clothing at this location especially. I must say that the people working there are really good at their jobs. I wasn't sure about a shirt and Mathis was really helpful finding what I wanted. He was thoughtful and was a really good salesperson. I left with something that I really like. Alexia was just as helpful as the cash helping me checkout and I really appreciated her telling me about some lower priced items. Thank you again to Alexia and Mathis and I'll be sure to be back when I return to Laval next year!

  Mauvais service et ils n'appliquent pas la politique d'exactitude des prix. Les vendeurs parlent entre eux près des cabines d'essayage. Service lent. Je ne retournerai pas.
