  It wasn’t great experience this time , Manager was rude with one of the team member when she was confused to give me change back ? When I tried to explain the situation he stopped me right away and told me let her handle it ???? Simple math ??? If she confused help her ..!! Guess what he doesn’t even know how to minus 305.80 -245.80 cents .

  I had a wonderful experience at Tommy Hilfiger. Temure was exceptionally friendly, patient, and helpful in finding the right jacket and size. His warm, respectful, and genuine attitude really stood out to me. The entire team was also welcoming and helpful, including the lady at the checkout, who took the time to assist me with the membership program. I left very happy with both my purchase and the experience. A great team, and a special thank you to Temure for making my visit memorable.

  I visited the store yesterday and I was looking for something that I really wanted . I found the most helpful associate. Her name was Diaana. She was kind she was quick. She was efficient. She pointed me in the direction of exactly what I wanted, and I was happy to find what i wanted and have a successful purchase. She helped me with several different sizes until I found the one that was most perfect for me. She even had some recommendations and she spoke some italian too!!

  Came by earlier today and had to leave a review for the great customer service. An employee named Masoud was very friendly and went out of his way to help us find what we needed more than once. Enjoyed the experience, will be back again.
