  Super unhelpful staff, I called regarding an online order I made at the store and no one was able to help me with an update or eta on the order. I was asked to call back to talk to their manager, no one even made an effort to get my information or look up the receipt#. This was such a time consuming task. Very disappointing experience.

  I had such a wonderful experience at the Vaughan Mills location! The customer service was amazing, especially thanks to Saja, who was incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful. I first placed an online order, which was very easy and convenient, and my order was ready on time for pickup. When I went into the store, Saja took the time to show me other products and sunglasses, and I ended up loving the experience so much that I visited the store again. She helped me both times and made the whole process so enjoyable. I also really appreciated how the entire team was attentive and willing to give me honest opinions while I was choosing my second pair of sunglasses. I had visited another location before and unfortunately did not receive the same level of service. I would definitely recommend the Vaughan Mills location to my family and friends. Thank you, Saja, and the whole team, for such a great experience!

  Don't buy from this store. I bought these meta bags a little over a month ago and they got these stains. When I asked about their return policy, they just said no, that they didn't know why it happened, and they didn't even offer a possible solution.
