  Appreciated the low intrusive sales reps, allowing me to browse peacefully until requiring assistance. Large selection of styles and colours to choose from in store. More so than two other retailers in the mall.

  I visited the Vaughan Mills store the other day and was assisted by one of the sales associates. He demonstrated excellent product knowledge and took the time to understand what I was looking for in a pair of sunglasses, particularly for golfing. He was extremely patient, answered all of my questions, and provided thoughtful recommendations that helped me find the right product. I truly appreciated his professionalism, expertise, and outstanding customer service. Thank you for making my shopping experience such a positive one.

  Went to Vaughan Mills mall to check out the Oakley vault store well I had a wonderful experience picking out a new set of lenses for my frog skin sunglasses! These Prizm lenses are absolutely amazing! Polarizing helps! Arad was my customer service agent there and he said just wait till you get outside and see a new world green grass and trees are going to look so different it will blow u away he wasn’t kidding! Holy Mackerel. Best experience I’ve had in awhile! Thanks Arad! Highly recommend anyone wanting new lenses in there Oakley sunglasses go See the Vault store in Vaughan Mills Mall!

  I had such a great experience at Oakley in Vaughan Mills. Josh, Arad, and the rest of the staff were incredibly helpful and took the time to help me find the perfect sunglasses and lenses for my upcoming travel and athletic activities. Josh was especially knowledgeable, kind, and patient. He explained the different options clearly and helped me feel confident and comfortable with my purchase. I had been searching for specific glasses and lenses at several other non-Oakley stores and often felt brushed off, but this location had exactly what I was looking for and provided such a positive experience. I never felt pressured to buy, and I left feeling very happy that I finally found the right product to support my activities this summer. Thank you to the team for the excellent customer service!
