  Very disappointing customer service experience today at Calvin Klein. I came to the store to make a purchase and redeem my loyalty points. The cashier, Paulo, was very helpful and genuinely tried to assist me and explain the redemption process. I appreciate his patience and professionalism. However, a woman wearing a white shirt, who appeared to be a manager or supervisor, intervened and made the situation unnecessarily difficult. She questioned me about having multiple personal email addresses and made comments about it in a very disrespectful and judgmental manner. How many personal email accounts I choose to have is my own private matter and has nothing to do with how I should be treated as a customer. What was most frustrating was her attitude. Instead of simply explaining the store policy and helping me, she appeared dismissive and seemed to intentionally prevent me from redeeming my loyalty points. Meanwhile, Paulo was trying to help me and explain everything professionally. Even after she realized that she had misunderstood the situation, she did not apologize or take any responsibility for her behavior. This happened on September 6 at approximately 5:47 PM. I hope management will review the CCTV footage and speak with the employees who were working at that time. I want to emphasize that my complaint is not simply because of the loyalty points. It is about being treated disrespectfully and having my personal information questioned unnecessarily by someone who appeared to be in a supervisory position. Paulo deserves recognition for trying to help, but the behavior of the woman in the white shirt was extremely unprofessional and left me very disappointed with my experience at Calvin Klein.

  ’m a visitor from Australia, and I was shocked by the poor customer service I experienced during my visit to this store. There were two female staff members, one younger and one more mature, who appeared unwilling to assist me. When I asked about a particular size, I was told that there were no more available. However, this was said with a dismissive attitude, and neither of them appeared to make any effort to check the system or the stockroom to confirm whether the size was actually available. For customer-facing ground staff, assisting customers with basic requests should be a fundamental part of the job. I found the lack of willingness to help disappointing and unprofessional, particularly as a visitor from overseas.

  Last week I bought a Calvin Klein dress for about a hundred dollars. Unfortunately, it wrinkles very easily, even after ironing once, it doesn’t hold its shape. On top of that, it pills quite a bit. I wore it for a special event and honestly expected better quality.” I also went back to the Vaughan Mills store to explain the situation, but unfortunately I did not receive professional or respectful customer service. The store staff did not handle my concern in a satisfactory way. As someone who has been a fan of the brand, I expected more, and I hope Calvin Klein can review this situation and consider an exception for a return or exchange.

  I had an amazing shopping experience at Calvin Klein Vaughan Mills thanks to SHIRIN ! I ran into a problem while trying to pay for my items, and she was incredibly patient, kind, and helpful. Her dedication to great customer service really shows. Thank you, SHIRIN, for your hard work and for turning a stressful moment into a great experience!

  Today I visited the Calvin Klein store at Vaughan Mills with no intention of making a purchase. However, one of the sales associates, Shirin, was incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. She took the time to help me and even noticed that I had reward credits on my account that I could use—something I wasn’t aware of. Thanks to Shirin’s assistance, I was able to find exactly what I was looking for and purchase it using my rewards. Her excellent customer service, positive attitude, and genuine willingness to help made my shopping experience truly enjoyable. Thank you, Shirin, for going above and beyond. You made my visit a wonderful experience, and I truly appreciate your help
