  ’m a visitor from Australia, and I was shocked by the poor customer service I experienced during my visit to this store. There were two female staff members, one younger and one more mature, who appeared unwilling to assist me. When I asked about a particular size, I was told that there were no more available. However, this was said with a dismissive attitude, and neither of them appeared to make any effort to check the system or the stockroom to confirm whether the size was actually available. For customer-facing ground staff, assisting customers with basic requests should be a fundamental part of the job. I found the lack of willingness to help disappointing and unprofessional, particularly as a visitor from overseas.

  Last week I bought a Calvin Klein dress for about a hundred dollars. Unfortunately, it wrinkles very easily, even after ironing once, it doesn’t hold its shape. On top of that, it pills quite a bit. I wore it for a special event and honestly expected better quality.” I also went back to the Vaughan Mills store to explain the situation, but unfortunately I did not receive professional or respectful customer service. The store staff did not handle my concern in a satisfactory way. As someone who has been a fan of the brand, I expected more, and I hope Calvin Klein can review this situation and consider an exception for a return or exchange.

  I had an amazing shopping experience at Calvin Klein Vaughan Mills thanks to SHIRIN ! I ran into a problem while trying to pay for my items, and she was incredibly patient, kind, and helpful. Her dedication to great customer service really shows. Thank you, SHIRIN, for your hard work and for turning a stressful moment into a great experience!

  Today I visited the Calvin Klein store at Vaughan Mills with no intention of making a purchase. However, one of the sales associates, Shirin, was incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. She took the time to help me and even noticed that I had reward credits on my account that I could use—something I wasn’t aware of. Thanks to Shirin’s assistance, I was able to find exactly what I was looking for and purchase it using my rewards. Her excellent customer service, positive attitude, and genuine willingness to help made my shopping experience truly enjoyable. Thank you, Shirin, for going above and beyond. You made my visit a wonderful experience, and I truly appreciate your help
