Vanessa and Amanda were very helpful! I needed a shirt for the next morning. They were able to find the right fit for me and a matching tie, and also steamed the creases since I was in a pinch! What a great service and positive experience. Thank you so much again!🙏
I called this Calvin Klein location today because I needed help with a product question, and the employee who identified himself as Eric was extremely unprofessional. He sounded annoyed from the start, interrupted me while I was speaking, and then abruptly put me on hold without explaining anything. I was left waiting for several minutes, and when he came back, he still wasn’t helpful and gave very dismissive responses like he didn’t want to deal with customers.
What bothered me most was the attitude and lack of basic customer service. If employees are representing the store this way over the phone, management should seriously address it. It made me not want to shop at this location again.

I recently purchased a bra from this store, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. When I got home, I realized the security tag had not been removed at checkout.
This kind of mistake should never happen. It’s a basic step in the purchase process, and missing it shows a lack of attention to detail and professionalism from the staff member who assisted me. Now I have to go out of my way to return to the store just to fix something that should have been handled properly the first time.
Overall, this was a frustrating and inconvenient experience. I hope the store takes this seriously and improves staff training to prevent this from happening to other customers.
