  customer service was amazing. Everyone was very kind and friendly including an employee named Ava La Delfa who helped us with everything making sure we had the right size and that everything fit good. Would 100% come back.

  Visited the Aerie today at Vaughan Mills and wanted to give a special shout out to Roni who provided amazing customer service and was incredibly helpful throughout the entire experience!! She was friendly, patient, and went above and beyond making sure everything was taken care of. Highly recommend going to the Aerie at Vaughan Mills!

  No help from sales Associates. I was looking for specific jeans, they had the poster on the wall in the middle of the store for advertising, but they couldn't locate them in the store. At first they told me where to go, it wasn't there, finally, one employee told me they don't have it. I had to look myself and I did find it in the store...but it took me a long time!

  I'm a little disappointed in this location. I'm not sure if it's because this is an outlet but I was not greeted by anyone & if they see you walking, they rush right by you and avoid eye contact. I thought because it was an outlet location, that is the standard but reading others' reviews, this is NOT supposed to happen. Also, the cashier on the Aerie side did not ask me if I wanted an e-mail receipt while when I shopped on the American Eagle side, she did. There was no consistent customer service. Yes, if I knew I could have the option of an e-receipt, I would opt in in case I needed to exchange or return an item. The cashier at the American Eagle was nicer & took the moment to acknowledge me & my purchase. I appreciated being a customer on that side. Wished the employees on the floor would acknowledge you. The fitting room attendants were really nice though.

  Came shopping for Mothers Day gift and Ida helped me out. She went above and beyond from welcoming me in and helping me find clothes for my mom. She also helped me in the fitting room with bra sizing and was amazing and fast at the register. Super great!!!
