  Super super busy day on Sunday. It looked like the store was having lots of troubles with the machines and it was cash only. Honestly frustrating But the girls on aerie are what made it worth it. I don’t normally leave reviews but Ida stood out to me. She was super attentive and tooked the time to help me with all my finds for upcoming fall season. In a hectic environment, she made it all look easy. A true boss!

  Went shopping today for their sales. All the staff from the change rooms to the front were very friendly and helpful. Staff ADITI was fast and efficient with our check out.

  What a great team working here on August 31, 2026. Everyone was very happy to help out, especially Ava! Her smile and positive spirit was very appreciated. She made our back to school shopping so easy and took the time to make sure that we could get everything we needed in the right size. Thank you Ava!

  I wanted to share some feedback about my recent experience. While I was in the store, I overheard an interaction between two employees where I overheard her name Anna was talking to Kyle in what felt like a very rude and disrespectful tone. As a customer, it was uncomfortable to hear. I was looking for help for my daughter, at the same time I went up to Kyle after the interaction I saw. I would like to thank him for his kindness and help he showed me and my daughter. He took the time to give us his opinion on which matching Aerie set would be best for her first day of high school. It was a small gesture, but it made the experience special for the both of us, and my daughter can't wait to wear it for her first day. Kyle was friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcomed.

  Shadi was amazing! She was super helpful regardless of how busy it was & was really nice & actually let me know about an event happening there that I would have never know about if it wasn’t for her! I shop here often & she’s been the one person who has stood out to me the most & is the only reason I did a review.
