  SIM was amazing tonight. She was thorough and knew what she was talking about. I was looking for Polaroid glasses and she helped me out. She made sure that they weren’t too big for my face or too little and she reassured me that it looked good. She was very knowledgable about the sunglasses and put my mind at ease when I was trying So many on. We finally found one that fit. She is a true asset to your organization. Thank you, Sim.

  I had a great experience today! The associate adjusted my glasses quickly, even though it was almost closing time. She was so patient, welcoming, and kind throughout the whole process. I really appreciated that she didn’t rush me and made sure everything fit comfortably. Excellent customer service—thank you!
