  I had a great experience today! The associate adjusted my glasses quickly, even though it was almost closing time. She was so patient, welcoming, and kind throughout the whole process. I really appreciated that she didn’t rush me and made sure everything fit comfortably. Excellent customer service—thank you!

  got my new pair of Ray-Bans from Sunglass Hut in Thunder Bay, and the staff were amazing. They provided excellent customer service and made the whole experience enjoyable.
