  Bought some brand new panties from here cause they were on a better sale than my usual place in the mall, but now i regret it. They have loose thread all over them, and arent fully cotton, but a synthetic blend. Definitely do not recommend.

  I recently ordered a large number of items online. Unfortunately/fortunately when my package arrived most of the items did not fit. I hadn't estimated my size properly and most items were too big. When I walked into the store with a box full of returns the manager said "oh no sorry we cant help you" and laughed. I turned to them and they smiled and waved me in, their sense of humor started the visit off on the perfect note. The person at the counter was so helpful, I had removed the tag from one item and thought I put it back in the box but I actually didn't. They said it wasnt a problem and they would just search the sku another way. The return was prompt and they assisted me in ordering a few of my favourite items in a smaller size. One of the shirts was no longer available online or in store. The manager found me a very similar item and even price matched it to what I had paid for the one that was now sold out. Such a positive experience.

  You should be embarrassed by your website. I like previewing before I go to brick and mortar, your site keeps pushing me to USA stores. I just want to see what's at the local store.

  Love Aerie but please make more change rooms. There’s almost always wait time to get into one Sadly my last visit there had to wait almost 15 min and I just wanted to leave ugh 🙁
