  Amazing customer service at Sunglass Hut in Hillcrest Mall! We came in today for assistance with a pair of Ray-Ban sunglasses purchased so long ago that needed a small adjustment. Hamraz helped us and was extremely kind, friendly, and helpful. She provided excellent service and made the whole experience quick and easy. Thank you, Hamraz, for the amazing customer service!

  Muna and V were very patient with me and let me try on as many pairs of sunglasses til I found my favourite miu miu pair!!! Loved the service and recommendations at this location

  I visited Sunglass Hut to get my Meta glasses adjusted, as they were a bit too tight. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The manager was not helpful and didn’t communicate professionally. I was told to contact another office and that nothing could be done in-store, and was even advised to pay $150 for a replacement—despite the glasses being perfectly fine and only needing a simple adjustment. No effort was made to assist, and I wasn’t even provided with proper contact information. Customer service like this is unacceptable. I would not recommend this location, and I strongly suggest better customer service

  I visited this Sunglass Hut location tonight and had an amazing experience. Mobina helped me with so much patience and great attention. Her positive energy and beautiful smile truly made my day and made the whole shopping experience enjoyable. She was both professional and friendly, and made it easy for me to choose. I’ll definitely be coming back!
