  I went to get my son’s Ray Ban Aviator sunglasses adjusted because he bumped into someone and they were crooked. The lady there said she can adjust it for us and started using pliers to adjusted. After about 5-10 minutes, she said this was the best she could do because there was damage near the arm that was probably from the bump. My son later told me that the chip wasn’t there before we brought it in. When I checked at home, the chip looks like it was mostly due to the use of the pliers since its chip and not a crack. It is too expensive to replace the lenses so now I have to purchase a new pair.

  The three staff members we extremely helpful and friendly. They took the time figuring out the best way to to replace my two old pairs of Oakley's. They got me such a great deal I bought 3 pairs. Couldn't be more happy with the service and ultimately the end result. Great Hires!
