  Very disappointed with the customer service. We went to pick up our product, but the staff completely ignored us. We had to wait without anyone offering help or even acknowledging us. This was not the level of service we expected. I hope the management improves customer service so other customers don’t have the same experience .

  I LOVE sunglasses.. I have very light eyes so it's a need as well as a style/way of life. I've been here quite a bit. To look... to buy. No purchases recently but I did have a pair whereby the frames cracked. I only own good sunglasses, various brands, not too many cheapies. Happy to know that the pair I brought in today to see about a swap before end of my last warranty here were in fact not Oakley's and I didn't waste all the money in the world on them - I did love this pair.... Sigh. RIP Each pair I have is always well protected in a case and cleaned all the time so it remains a mystery how that happened. This store is always clean and well appointed. The staff are friendly yet professional. Thanks to management today for their patience, guidance, letting me know about upcoming sales and for loving on my pup. I appreciate you for being dog friendly!

  J’ai été au magasin sunglusshut à Tanger outlet, le 15 juin vers 6h15. La vendeuse a été très très désagréable et mal polie, on lui a parlé comme 3 fois elle nous a pas répondu

  I walked two days and I was greeted right away by Alexandra. She was so sweet and helped me out so much. I showed her this certain frame shape that I liked and she gave me a whole stack of sunglasses to try on that had that shape. She was so helpful and I definitely will be recommending this place to all my friends and family and I will definitely be back.
