Honestly, choosing this store for my purchase was a huge mistake. Two days ago I went there to buy a gift, and without needing any assistance, I directly asked for the glasses I wanted and was ready to pay. I paid $700 with my debit card, and the money was deducted from my account, but they kept saying that in their system the payment was cancelled. They neither gave me the product nor refunded my money.
I wasted hours there, and even the store manager was not answering their phone. Yesterday I even went back in person and spoke directly with the manager, but they still neither refunded my money nor gave me the product I had purchased.
Meanwhile, during my call with my bank, they clearly told me that the issue was with the store’s payment system/device.
This kind of customer service is honestly embarrassing, and after I get my money back, I will never return to this store again.
