Excellent service from the staff and manger in two locations - Fairview Mall, North York and St. Laurent Mall, Ottawa. Recommendations were spot on, without aggressive sales approach and very comfortable sales process. Helpful and informative and willing to provide the best purchase option. So happy, I went back for a second pair!

Excellent advice and service. Erin our salesperson at the St. Laurent shopping centre was knowledgeable, resourceful and made a positive contribution to my customer experience. The BOGO 40% off was a great deal.
