  I had an issue with an exchange. Lexi was very kind, and was able to find a solution, she was knowledgeable and helped me found jeans similar to what I had originally brought.

  I had the most wonderful experience at this store! Lexi and Manager Kyla spent an hour helping me try on the most amount of jeans I've ever seen in one fitting room 🤣. They gave me all the tips on how to tell if they would stretch, what fit well or not, and were overall the nicest people I've met in so long. I felt so beautiful in the jeans i tried, and their knowledge made me all the more confident in finding the perfect fit for my curves.They made my experience unforgettable and reminded me why shopping at AE is worth it. They even wrote me a personal handwritten note and it made my day. By far a highlight of summer. Thank you both! I will be back! 🤩

  I honestly do not usually write reviews, but this AE location deserves the praise. I cannot express enough how friendly, helpful, and welcoming the staff are. I have never left the store disappointed. The staff are very knowledgeable and truly want to help. A special shoutout to Kyla and all the other staff members who have helped me. It truly meant a lot. I am always happy to come back!

  The staff needs be trained how to greet, checkout. The cashier didn’t even look in my face he was arranging for an after party with other worker while checking me out and didn’t remove the detectors from my items which I found when I got home
