  As a 37-year-old woman born and raised in Canada, I can honestly say I have never experienced the level of racial profiling and discriminatory treatment that I witnessed in this store. The behaviour from the staff was deeply disturbing, unprofessional, and unacceptable. People of colour were clearly treated differently, watched more closely, and spoken to with far less respect than other customers. It created an uncomfortable and humiliating environment that no one should have to experience while simply shopping. Management should take this extremely seriously. Staff representing a business should be trained in professionalism, respect, and basic human decency. The young women working there were shockingly rude and displayed behaviour that reflects very poorly on this store. I will never step foot in this establishment again, and I would strongly caution others about supporting a business that allows this kind of treatment to happen.

  Bought some jeans in January and they already ripped... I've always bought my jeans here but the last few pairs have ripped in the same spot. Jean quality has dropped tremendously over the years. Time to take my business elsewhere.
