I’ve gone to lot of American Eagle and Aerie stores in my life, and this is the best experience I’ve ever had by far! One sales associate in particular, Jaiden G., was absolutely FANTASTIC! She helped me checkout and was patient and kind while I was deciding between three pairs of shorts. She made sure I got the best price possible by going above and beyond and checking the price of the shorts online, and adjusting them to the online price. I ended up buying all three shorts (I was originally only going to buy two), and will definitely be back because of it!
Super friendly staff at aerie. I went in to do an online return and ended up making a purchase. Great 70% off deals at this location.
I would like to specifically recognize Quinn from the Oshawa Centre location for providing exceptional customer service. After completing the refund on jeans that were not put in my bag from a recent trip to square one mall, and apologizing for the inconvenience, Quinn went above and beyond by offering me a 15% discount on the items I was purchasing that day — something he absolutely did not have to do. His professionalism, kindness, and willingness to make the situation right truly stood out and turned the experience into a positive one. the staff at A&E and Arie have always been very helpful and we have never had any issues with any of them! They show that customer service still exists!
What is going on with customer service at this location? Rude, dismissive and passive-aggressive employees. I don’t understand who would actually want to step into this store again after visiting once… the employees seem to be a tight group that do not like customers/outsiders. You guys work in the o.c, you’re not that important! If I could rate negative 5 stars, I would. Head office needs to do something about this particular store.

I have been shopping at this location for years and have usually had pretty okay experiences, but today was shocking. All of the staff were huddled together and talking, no one even greeted me or offered to help me but they definitely followed people around the store when the person who appeared to be the manager told them to. When I asked to leave something at the counter, she (appeared to be the supervisor on shift) was playing on her phone and gave me a super dirty look. Not sure who manages this store or is the DM, but you need to speak with your staff about customer service. Extremely unimpressed after this experience and will hesitate to return.
