  The return policy is not clear. The staff members are unaware about their own store promos or deal details. The manager was rude I was told 'I should have common sense when returning the items' All in all it was bad and not even happy with my purchase 😒 😑 😕 although I loved the glasses still I am not happy of the customers service I got. It was rude and unclear and the store employee don't even know what promos are still active or not. I was trapped into buying more just so I don't have to pay for the glasses I already bought on a deal as I was returning one of the 2. Very disheartened and discouraged today. It was the Niagara outlet branch. Wasted our time and money.

  Hasin was amazing, extremely helpful & knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Sunglass Hut at the Outlet mall. Come to think of it, over the years I have used the Sunglass hut in other cities as well & always received great service. Keep up the great work!
