  I tried to return an item at this store, but the store manager refused because the tags were not on it. I asked her to show me the written return policy that requires tags, but she could not provide anything. Instead, she told me that she is the policy. I’ve never had such a frustrating experience in a store before. A return policy should be clearly written and consistently applied, not based on whatever a manager decides in the moment. Very disappointing customer service.

  When I was shopping here with family today. I used the washroom there was No light I had to use my Flashlight. Using soap dispenser was a struggle. FIX these thing kindly.
