  I received excellent service at this Samsonite outlet. I brought in my Samsonite suitcase for warranty replacement/repairs to the wheels and was pleasantly surprised with the quick, hassle-free, process to send the bag out to their service centre. Many thanks to Caitlin for customer care.

  The worst customer service I’ve ever seen. The store is chaotic, staff are not helpful and has no respect to customers, they even have no respect to returning customers. I’ve met different store staff and they all have no respect to customers at all as if they don’t want to sell anything at the store. This store will cause bad reputation to Samsonite unfortunately. I believe there is something wrong with the management of the store. I came to get extra suitcase for the one i purchased 3 months ago but i had to leave without any purchase due to disrespect to customers. I strongly recommend the management to do something to tackle that.
