  Unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience with customer service at this location. At exactly 9 PM, the staff turned off the lights while my wife was still inside the fitting room. They also took away the items she still wanted to try on. After that, the fitting room was locked while her personal belongings were still inside, and staff had to unlock it so she could retrieve them. I understand the store was closing, but this situation felt uncomfortable and could have been handled much more respectfully. A clear notice before turning off the lights, removing the items, or locking the fitting room would have made a big difference.

  Today I visited the store and found several great deals at very good prices. I was actually excited to come back and shop more, but unfortunately the cashier’s attitude was very dry and unfriendly. A little kindness and better customer service would really improve the experience.
