  hahaha joke of customer service by your 2 “managers”. not a simple hello in the 10 minutes we were in there. when we told them to check their attitudes they told us to check ourselves hahaha that’s what aerie stands for NIIIIICE inclusivity hahaha smoke + mirrors.

  I was In town for business and wanted to shop and, I wandered into "Aerie" at the NOTL location this past Saturday morning not expecting much, but man, was I wrong. This place is like a treasure chest of awesome deals. I'm talking nothing over $30 bucks and cheapest swim I’ve ever seen and so many options. There was a wall of swim wear from bikinis to full pieces super organized by size and even colour and the prices made my wallet do a happy dance $6.99!!! The vibe was super chill, no pressure, just racks and racks of goodness waiting to be discovered. I spent a solid hour just browsing, and I scored some seriously sweet finds. The staff was incredible I was greeted immediately when I walked in with friendly smile and she let me know the deals in the store. All the staff were super happy and up beat. The two girls working in the fitting rooms were super welcoming, helped go get sizes without hesitation and even spoke to me like they were actually trying to get to know me as a person! Cashing out was fast and cashier again was so incredibly nice. I’ve never experienced this type of customer service experience shopping anywhere before. Keep up the good work ladies!

  There were tons of great deals here for a variety of different styles. They even had their viral crossover leggings for cheap! Their range of sizes was good, ranging from xxs-xxl. The employee who helped me at checkout was very kind and friendly. Would recommend stopping by!!
