  We recently stopped by the store just to look around and do some shopping, and we were genuinely impressed by how professional and welcoming the environment was. One of the managers, Kinda, along with another sale assistant took the time to understand what we were looking for without making us feel pressured to buy anything. They were knowledgeable, approachable, and very easy to talk to. What stood out to me most was the way Kinda interacted with us as first-time customers. She was respectful, attentive, and made the experience feel personal rather than simply being a sales interaction. You can tell that she truly understands the importance of building long term relationships with customers. My wife and I left with a very positive impression of the store and the team. Customer service like this is becoming rare these days, and it really makes you want to come back. Thank you, Kinda and the Team for making our visit such a pleasant experience!

  Stupid delivery policy to require a recipient’s signature. Just leave the parcel in parcels locker, as easy as that, I’m not going to sit at one place whole day and wait until the parcel is delivered.

  I went to Tiffany store in square one I was actually trying to decide on which one of Tiffany bracelets I want to purchase , I arrived at the store on Friday May 15 2026 , first of all I was greeted by this young Chinese lady who made me feel like what are you doing here : she answered every question I asked with arrogance . I felt like telling her off that lady you only work here and that is it but of course I kept my cool it really made my day awful . Can I suggest that you train these staff to treat customers with respect and dignity .

  The first ring I bought for my wife was at Tiffany’s in Sherway Gardens. Unfortunately, they closed that store, so I went to this store in Square One. I was assisted by a very beautiful and thoughtful saleswoman named Irina. She was very patient and professional. It took me a while to make a decision, and she did not pressure me but was always available when I had questions. I would never hesitate to deal with Tiffany’s again, and if I can recommend dealing with Irina at Tiffany’s in Square One, I highly endorse her professionalism and knowledge.

  Super friendly Staff .. I’d come back to this location over and over again , it’s so nice to be greeted with a smile ! Excellent job , 10/10
