  Grifters. Purchased two pairs of glasses at a total of $650 before taxes... Left the store with nothing. Reason: Half their glasses aren't in stock. And they won't inform you they aren't until you pay for them (as per policy). Then they'll tell you it's 3-5 business days. They will make no attempt to expedite the delivery, and will not try to source the glasses from another store. It's a grift, no customer should drop money and leave without a product if said product is on display. End of story. Go somewhere else, anywhere else. These people are scam artists and grifters.

  Bought a pair of Dior sunglasses and came with no cloth cleaner or authenticity card. Their solution to send it back because they could not ship the missing items. Look like CHEAP store to me. Last time to shop and definitely will tell people no to buy from you. Customer service was good, she tried to help but could not help because her hands were tied
